Guidelines for the Iowanna Juniors 4-H Scholarship Fund

Recipients of the Iowanna Juniors Scholarship fund shall be required to be residents of Clinton County, Iowa at the time of their selection to receive such benefits.  Further consideration will be made as to:

• Graduating Senior in Clinton County
• Must have been a Clinton County 4-H Member a minimum of 4 years
• The character of the individual
• The scholastic record of the individual.

The application must be completed, signed and submitted no later than April 1st of each calendar year.  Applications are to be mailed or delivered to Tammy Laursen, (563-659-3141) at:

You may print the application from the web site and then fill it out and mail it, or bring it to Tammy with all the required attachments.
